TC Video Editor (OSX)

Video clip and merge :
  - List video display : preview, file name, start time, end time, video resolution, file location.
  - List video : Video can be added, edited, or deleted. The order of the list video can be adjusted.
  - Video detailed information query.
  - Support drag and drop videos to join the list.
  - Click the video list button to modify the start and end times of individual videos, as well as cutscene options.
  - The video start and end time input window supports mouse dragging to preview the video and time (Or play normally, select the time point, and manually enter the time). Combination of more than 2 videos, there is support for cutscenes between videos.
  - The output video format can be set : MOV (QuickTime Movie), QT (QuickTime Movie), MP4 (MPEG4 Movie), M4V (Apple Movie).
  - Output video resolution can be set :
  #(macOS 10.10) Custom Size, 3840x2160 (4K), 1920x1080 (1080P), 1280x720 (720P), 960x540 (540P), 640x480 (480P).
  #(macOS 10.13) HEVC 3840x2160 (4K), HEVC 1920x1080 (1080P).
  #(macOS 10.15) HEVC Alpha 3840x2160 (4K), HEVC Alpha 1920x1080 (1080P).
  #(macOS 12.1) HEVC 7680x4320 (8K).
  - Output video frame rate can be set : 60, 50, 40, 30, 29 ~ 10.
  - Merging and output of the final video : volume settings, cutscenes, and embedding of all text, images, and sounds specified in the list on the right.

Text option :
  - Text can be added to any time range in the combined video.
  - Text List: Text can be added, edited, or deleted. The order of the list text can be adjusted.
  - Text configurable options : position, range, font style, font size, text color, border color, border thickness (Support borderless), background color (Support colorless background), preview text, display start and End time, supports fade in and fade out animation.
  - The animation type can be set : Fixed position, from right to left, from left to right, from top to bottom, from bottom to top, from small to large, from large to small.
  - Adjust text position and range window: The preview window supports mouse dragging to move the position or drag to adjust the display range.
  - There is no upper limit to the number of texts in the list, and multiple sets of texts can be displayed if the time ranges overlap.
  - Click the text list button to edit all the options of individual text.

Picture option :
  - Pictures can be added to any time range in the combined video.
  - Supported image types : PNG, JPEG, JPG, JPEG2000 (JP2), BMP, TIFF, HEIC (Support PNG or HEIC images with transparent background).
  - Picture list: Picture can be added, edited or deleted. The order of the list pictures can be adjusted.
  - Added pictures can be set: position, picture size scaling, start and end time, and support for fade-in and fade-out animations.
  - The animation type can be set : Fixed position, from right to left, from left to right, from top to bottom, from bottom to top, from small to large, from large to small.
  - There is no upper limit to the number of images in the list, and multiple images can be displayed if the time ranges overlap.
  - Click the picture list button to edit all the options of individual pictures.

Sound option :
  - Sound can be added at any point of time in the merged video.
  - Supported sound effect types : MP3,WAV,AIF,AIFF,AIFC,CAF,AU,AC3,EAC3.
  - Sound list: You can add, edit or delete sounds. The order of list sounds can be adjusted.
  - Add sound effects : You can select your audio file, set playback time point, fade effect and volume.
  - There is no upper limit to the number of sounds in the list.
  - Click the sound effect list button to modify all the options of individual sound effects.

Export and import of project files :
  - Save project file: Save all the settings and information of the video list, text list, picture list, and sound list as a project file.
  - Import project files: All settings and information of the saved video list, text list, picture list, and sound list can be restored.
  - When importing a project, if there is a file reading permission problem, in addition to selecting the file location again, you can also set a frequently read folder in the setting window to provide the app with permission to read video or audio files.

Q : Does the app need to be connected to the internet?
A : This app is a stand-alone version and does not require network connection when in use.
